Reservations are subject to room availability and are confirmed only after we issue a booking confirmation by email, phone, or another approved channel.

By making a reservation, you confirm that the guest details, stay dates, and payment information you provide are complete and accurate.

Room rates are quoted in the applicable booking currency and may be subject to taxes, service charges, or government fees in effect at the time of stay.

Some promotional rates, packages, or peak-period reservations may require partial or full prepayment. Any such requirement will be shown during booking.

Cancellation and amendment rules vary by rate plan, package, season, and distribution channel. The policy attached to your reservation at the time of booking applies.

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.

Guests may be asked to present a valid government-issued identification document and the payment card used to secure the reservation at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges when approved by the hotel.

Guests agree to use hotel rooms, facilities, and public areas responsibly and in a manner that does not disturb other guests, staff, or nearby property.

The hotel may request any guest to leave the premises without refund if conduct is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or causes material disruption or damage.

Guests may be held responsible for loss, breakage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, or hotel equipment during their stay.

While we take reasonable care in operating the property and website, the hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by applicable law.

All branding, imagery, copy, and design elements on this website are owned by or licensed to Memoire Siem Reap Hotel and may not be reused without permission.

We may update room details, offers, visuals, and website information at any time without prior notice to reflect seasonal changes or service improvements.
